The approved recruitment will be carried out in two phases. The government will fill 50% of the sanctioned positions in the first phase, while the remaining 50% will be recruited during the third quarter of fiscal year 2026-27. In the first phase, the government will recruit 1,782 constables in the General Executive Cadre.
