Premium Passenger Facilitation Service Launched at Major Airport in Pakistan
Pakistan has formally launched the “Khush Aamdeed” passenger facilitation service at Islamabad International Airport to improve the travel experience for passengers.
Federal Secretary for Defence Lt Gen (retd) Muhammad Ali inaugurated the service at Islamabad International Airport. Senior officials from the federal government, aviation sector and tourism industry also attended the ceremony.
Islamabad-Madinah Passengers Become First Users
Passengers travelling from Islamabad to Madinah became the first travellers to use the new Khush Aamdeed meet-and-assist service.
The service is designed to help passengers move through different stages of their airport journey more smoothly.
Under the program, travellers can receive priority check-in, assistance during security clearance and personalized support at the airport.
Premium Lounge and Airport Transfer Services
Khush Aamdeed will also provide premium lounge access for passengers through different service packages.
In addition, travellers will be able to choose airport pick-up and drop-off services depending on the package they select.
The service has been licensed by the Pakistan Airports Authority and is currently operating in Islamabad.
However, the company plans to gradually expand its operations to other airports across Pakistan.
The initiative aims to provide visitors with a more welcoming and professional experience when they arrive in or depart from the country.
