The Pakistani rupee (PKR) closed in green against the US Dollar (USD) for the 256th consecutive day on Wednesday.
PKR closed at 277.02 after gaining three paisas against the US Dollar today.
At current pace, the rupee can easily jump into 276 against the dollar any day.
The rupee has consistently reported gains against the dollar since December 25, 2025.
Other Currencies
The rupee gained one paisa against GBP and 23 paisas against the Australian Dollar (AUD).
It gained Rs. 1.32 against the Euro (EUR) but lost 60 paisas against the Canadian Dollar (CAD).
PKR gained one paisa against the UAE Dirham (AED) and two paisas against the Saudi Riyal (SAR).
