The Punjab government has announced new job opportunities for IT professionals, offering monthly salaries of up to Rs. 726,290 in the Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Department.
According to an official advertisement, the department is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for managerial and software development positions in Lahore on a contract basis.
The available positions include General Manager Analytics, General Manager Digitalization, Assistant Manager Full Stack Developer, and Assistant Manager Backend Developer.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess relevant educational qualifications and professional experience according to the requirements of their preferred positions.
For the General Manager positions, candidates must hold a PhD in IT, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, ICT, or another relevant discipline, along with at least eight years of professional experience.
Alternatively, candidates with 16 years of education in the relevant fields and ten years of professional experience can also apply.
For the Assistant Manager Full Stack Developer position, applicants must have 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence, ICT, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field. They must also demonstrate skills in full-stack development, system integration, SQL databases, and NoSQL technologies.
The Assistant Manager Backend Developer position requires 16 years of education in a relevant discipline, including Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence, ICT, Software Engineering, Economics, or Engineering. Candidates must possess technical knowledge of backend architecture, database optimization, security, and scalable systems.
All educational qualifications must be obtained from universities recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
