Baggu’s new MoMA collab puts Van Gogh, Monet, and Mondrian on its bags — your tote just got cultured

Baggu and MoMA just teamed up on a new collection that puts some very recognizable works of art on some of Baggu’s most popular bags and accessories. The collection includes 13 styles featuring work from Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, Ruth Asawa, Piet Mondrian, and Alma Woodsey Thomas.
The collection launched today and brings artwork from MoMA’s collection into everyday bags, totes, charms, and accessories. Prices start at $18, so you don’t need to drop a fortune to get in on the collab.
The two brands are bringing five artists from MoMA’s collection to Baggu’s everyday designs. The collection brings several familiar works from MoMA’s collection to Baggu’s everyday bags.

There’s more than just the classic Baggu
The collection also brings MoMA artwork to some of Baggu’s other popular silhouettes and accessories.

MoMA Baggu Tote Charm ($24) — A miniature tote bag charm inspired by Baggu’s bestselling canvas totes, featuring the MoMA logo and a tiny version of the bag to add to your actual bag.

MoMA Baggu Duck Bag ($46–$48) — The MoMA Baggu Duck Bag comes in two designs: Vincent van Gogh’s The Starry Night and Piet Mondrian’s Composition in Red, Blue, and Yellow.

MoMA Baggu Medium Nylon Reversible Tote ($62) — The MoMA Baggu Medium Nylon Reversible Tote costs $62 and features Ruth Asawa’s Nasturtiums. The artwork is printed on one side, while the reverse is a rich brown.

MoMA Baggu Puffy Picnic Blanket ($74) — The MoMA Baggu Puffy Picnic Blanket features Claude Monet’s Agapanthus. It’s made from recycled nylon sourced from pre-consumer waste and lets you take the artwork outside the museum, or just to your next picnic.
MoMA and Baggu have been working together since 2009, when MoMA Design Store first began exploring Baggu’s designs. The partnership later produced MoMA-exclusive pieces, including a 2011 collaboration that adapted Milton Glaser’s I LOVE NY graphic.
This latest collection takes that relationship a step further by bringing works directly from MoMA’s collection to Baggu’s everyday bags and accessories.
