The University of Gujrat (UOG) has announced 32 lecturer vacancies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and English at its Hafiz Hayat Campus in Gujrat and Sub-Campus Mandi Bahauddin.
According to the university’s official job advertisement (No. 06/2026), applications are open to eligible male and female Pakistani nationals for BPS-18 teaching positions.
The vacancies include 28 regular positions at the Hafiz Hayat Campus and four contract-based positions at the Mandi Bahauddin campus.

Eligibility Criteria for UOG Lecturer Jobs
Candidates applying for University of Gujrat lecturer jobs must meet the educational qualifications and age requirements mentioned in the advertisement.
For Computer Science positions, applicants must have an MS or MPhil degree with first division in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Candidates applying for Software Engineering lecturer positions must hold an MS or MPhil degree with first division in Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
For the English lecturer position, applicants must have an MS or MPhil degree with first division in English or an equivalent qualification after completing 18 years of education.
Age Limit and Quota Details
The age limit for all advertised lecturer positions is 23 to 35 years, with relaxation available under applicable rules.
For the 13 Computer Science vacancies at Hafiz Hayat Campus, nine positions are allocated to open merit, two to the women’s quota, one to the minority quota, and one to the special persons quota.
The four vacancies at Mandi Bahauddin Campus, including three Computer Science positions and one English position, have been advertised under open merit.

Interested candidates must submit their applications through the official University of Gujrat job portal at https://jobs.uog.edu.pk.
Applicants must complete the online application form and upload the required documents before November 10, 2026.
After submitting the online application, candidates must print the form and prepare a signed hard-copy application with the required supporting documents. These include attested educational certificates, degrees, transcripts, experience certificates where applicable, domicile, CNIC, and other relevant documents.
The university has also made it mandatory to submit applications in both online and hard-copy formats.
Candidates must deposit the prescribed processing fee using the system-generated challan through the Bank of Punjab (BOP).
