Former Pakistan captain Shoaib Malik has reacted to repeated rumors about him getting married for a fourth time, joking that according to the news, he seems to be getting married all the time.
During a recent appearance on a program, Malik was asked about the frequent speculation surrounding his marriage and personal life. Responding with humor, the veteran cricketer said he often hears reports about his nikah and wonders where so many marriage rumors come from.
Malik took the joke further by saying that he would like to spread a rumor about himself that he is a “gentleman.” However, he added that with marriage rumors constantly surrounding him, that might be difficult.
Malik’s personal life has remained in the spotlight for years. His first marriage was to Ayesha Siddiqui, whom he divorced in 2010 before marrying Indian tennis star Sania Mirza.
Malik and Sania later reportedly separated in 2022, after which he surprised fans by announcing his marriage to Pakistani actress Sana Javed in 2024. The couple confirmed their marriage by sharing pictures from their wedding ceremony on social media.
Since then, rumors about Malik’s personal life and another possible marriage have continued to surface from time to time.
