Cancer Treatment Covered Under the Program
The Chief Minister Cancer Patients Program provides end-to-end cancer care through participating hospitals.
Covered services include diagnostic tests, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, cancer surgeries and essential medicines. However, the treatment available may depend on the patient’s medical condition, program approval and facilities offered by the selected hospital.
Patients should confirm the availability of their required treatment before travelling to a hospital.
How to Get Free Cancer Treatment
Patients or their family members should first contact the program helpline for guidance. The representative can explain the eligibility requirements, registration procedure and documents needed for treatment.
After receiving guidance, the patient can visit a participating hospital with their original CNIC and available medical records. These may include diagnostic reports, biopsy results, prescriptions, previous treatment documents and referral papers.
The hospital will assess the patient and guide them through registration and treatment under the program. Patients should not pay an agent or unauthorized person for registration.
