Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senator Abid Sher Ali has married for the second time, with his wedding ceremony currently taking place at a marquee in Islamabad.
According to reports, the senior PML-N leader’s first wife passed away due to an illness several years ago while he was in London. Abid Sher Ali had three children with his first wife. The senator’s second wife reportedly belongs to a family from Haripur.
The wedding ceremony is being attended by political and social personalities, who have also extended their congratulations to Abid Sher Ali on his marriage.
Details about the ceremony and the couple’s families have not been widely disclosed.
Abid Sher Ali, who has been associated with the PML-N for several years, is the son of former federal minister Chaudhry Sher Ali and remains active in Pakistani politics
