Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has opened applications for cabin crew jobs in Islamabad and Lahore. The deadline to apply is 31 August 2026.
The airline is accepting applications from both male and female candidates who meet the required age, education, height, language and medical standards.
Interested candidates must apply online and upload an updated CV along with a recent photograph.
Eligibility Criteria for PIA Cabin Crew Jobs
Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years old at the time of application. They must also hold a bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification from a recognised institution.
Previous experience in an airline, hospitality business or another service industry will be considered an advantage. However, the advertisement does not make previous work experience mandatory.
Applicants with valid flying authorisation will receive preference during the recruitment process.
Language and Communication Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage, particularly for applicants interested in working in an international airline environment.
PIA is also looking for candidates with strong communication skills, professional presentation, and a service-focused attitude.
Height and Medical Requirements
The minimum height requirement is 160 centimetres for female candidates and 168 centimetres for male candidates.
Applicants must meet the airline’s medical standards. These include colour-vision screening for duties linked to passenger and operational safety.
Candidates must maintain professional grooming and presentation. They should have no tattoos or piercings that would remain visible while wearing the cabin crew uniform. A clear character record and antecedents are also required.

PIA has not mentioned an offline application method in the advertisement. Candidates should therefore use only the official online channel and submit their applications by 31 August 2026.
