The Murree district administration has installed modern and colorful lights at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office and PIA Park as part of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s “Bright and Roshan Punjab” vision.
On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Murree, the Additional Deputy Commissioner Murree and the Managing Director of the Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) arranged the installation of the decorative lights at the two locations.
Officials said the initiative aims to enhance Murree’s appearance and provide tourists with a more pleasant environment.
They said Murree attracts visitors from across the country and remains one of Pakistan’s major tourist destinations.
The administration said the lighting project would further improve the visual appeal of popular public spaces and recreational areas in the city.
