Govt Announces Another Confusing Increase in Fuel Prices

The federal government has decided to increase the prices of both motor spirit (MS) petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) for the next 24 hours, according to the latest update by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).

The price of petrol has been increased by Rs. 3.34 to Rs. 334.54 per litre, and diesel by Rs. 5.27 to Rs. 395.69 per litre till Wednesday.

On Monday, the price of petrol was increased by Rs. 5.77 to Rs. 331.2 per litre, and diesel by Rs. 6.47 to Rs. 390.42 per litre.

Daily Revisions to Date

Since the beginning of the daily fuel rates update, petrol has gone up by Rs. 22.24/litre and diesel by Rs. 66.18/litre.
