Gold prices in Pakistan rose again on Monday, following another increase in international gold prices.
The price of 24 karat gold increased by Rs. 4,200 to Rs. 487,136 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of 10 gram gold also increased by Rs. 3,601 to Rs. 417,640.
Gold had gained Rs. 5,700 per tola on Saturday, reaching Rs. 482,936.
In the international market, gold increased by $42 to $4,646 per ounce, including a $20 premium.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained at the same level observed last week. Rates closed at Rs. 7,379 per tola on Monday.
