Flynas to Launch Flights From Another Major Pakistani Airport
Saudi Arabia’s Flynas is preparing to expand its operations in Pakistan by adding another international destination to its network. According to a source familiar with the matter, the airline plans to launch three weekly flights between Jeddah and Sialkot within November
The development follows a meeting between a five-member Flynas delegation, led by the airline’s Pakistan Country Manager, Manzoor Thanvi, and Sialkot International Airport Limited (SIAL) officials.
SIAL Chairman Malik Abdul Ghafoor, Business Development Committee Convenor Mian Naeem Javed, and CEO AVM Tanweer Ashraf Bhatti (retd.) attended the meeting. During the meeting, Ghafoor welcomed the Flynas delegation and expressed enthusiasm about the airline’s plans to begin operations from Sialkot International Airport.
The proposed service would strengthen air connectivity between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia while providing passengers in Sialkot and surrounding areas with another international travel option.
The addition would also expand SIAL’s airline network and support the airport’s growing role in international travel, trade and business connectivity.
