Vivo has quietly listed a new Vivo Y32 on its website, reusing the same name as a model it launched in 2021.
The new version comes with a large battery, a high-refresh-rate display, and updated hardware.
Design and Display
The Vivo Y32 features a 6.87-inch LCD with a resolution of 720 × 1592 pixels. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches up to 1,300 nits of peak brightness.
The phone will be available in Twilight Red and Sunset Orange. It also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Internals and Software
The Y32 is powered by the Unisoc T7300 chipset.
It comes with 4GB or 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Storage can be expanded further with a memory card.
The phone runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6.
A side-mounted fingerprint sensor is built into the power button.
Cameras
The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary sensor.
Vivo has not clearly detailed the purpose of the 2MP sensor, though it is likely used for depth information.
The phone also has an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Battery and Charging
The Vivo Y32 packs a large 8,000mAh battery.
It supports 44W wired fast charging.
Vivo has not yet provided pricing or wider availability details for the new Y32.
