Rain, Snowfall Lower Temperatures in Azad Kashmir
Light rain and light snowfall on high mountain peaks have triggered a cold wave in upper parts of Azad Kashmir.
The rain and snowfall have turned the weather cold in the upper regions.
Intermittent rain was recorded in Muzaffarabad city and surrounding areas, as well as in Neelum Valley, Leepa Valley and Karnah.
Light snowfall on high peaks has further increased the chill.
According to the Met Department, the spell of rain is likely to continue intermittently over the next two days.
On the other hand, heat intensity has started increasing in most parts of Punjab, including Lahore.
The Met Department has forecast rain in Lahore and several other parts of Punjab today and tomorrow.
