The Sindh School Education Department has issued show-cause notices to District Education Officers (DEOs) in eight districts for failing to submit required teacher data despite repeated directions.
The department had sought information regarding teachers working in schools operated by the National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) and Basic Education Community Schools. However, the concerned officers failed to provide the requested data.
The notices, issued under the signature of Section Officer (Secondary) Abdul Ghaffar Soomro, seek explanations from the officers within three days.
The officers served with notices are:
- Sanaullah Abro, DEO (Primary), Hyderabad
- Manzoor Ali Chauhan, DEO (Primary), Karachi Central
- Niaz Ahmed Brohi, DEO (Primary), Karachi East
- Saiba, DEO Korangi
- Mir Hassan Lashari, DEO Malir
- Syeda Sarwat Hassan, DEO Karachi South
- Abdul Razzaq Shahzad Sialvi, DEO Karachi West
- Saadullah Bhayo, DEO Shikarpur
