The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has given residents and defaulters in sectors G-13 and G-14/4 a final 15-day deadline to clear outstanding occupancy, water and conservancy charges.
An FGEHA spokesperson told APP that the Authority’s Revenue Directorate issued a public notice asking residents with unpaid dues to settle their outstanding amounts within the specified period.
The notice states that residents with pending payments have been given a final opportunity to clear their entire outstanding amounts.
FGEHA warned that residents who fail to pay within 15 days will face suspension of ownership rights for their respective plots under the applicable laws and regulations. The Authority said it will take the action without issuing any further notice or intimation.
The spokesperson urged all concerned residents to treat the notice as a final opportunity and clear their outstanding dues within the deadline.
