According to the official gazette, 46,248 candidates appeared in the examination, while 28,868 passed, taking the overall pass percentage to 62.42%.
The result covers regular and private candidates from Sahiwal, Okara and Pakpattan. The gazette also provides gender-wise, group-wise, and district-wise performance figures.

Regular candidates recorded a considerably higher pass percentage than private candidates.
A total of 35,574 regular candidates appeared, while 24,081 passed, producing a pass rate of 67.69%.
Among private candidates, 10,674 appeared, and 4,787 passed. Their pass percentage stood at 44.85%.

Among the main Intermediate groups, Pre-Engineering recorded the highest overall pass percentage at 76.99%.
A total of 1,969 Pre-Engineering candidates appeared, and 1,516 passed.
Pre-Medical followed with a 72.48% pass rate, while General Science recorded 67.23% and Commerce stood at 66.09%.
Humanities recorded a pass percentage of 50.51%.

Okara recorded the highest overall district pass percentage at 65.14%. A total of 19,038 candidates appeared in the district, and 12,402 passed.
Pakpattan followed with a pass percentage of 63.28%, while Sahiwal district recorded 58.88%.

A total of 22,000 candidates from private institutions appeared, while 16,669 passed, giving them a pass rate of 75.77%.
Government institutions recorded a 54.60% pass rate, with 7,412 successful candidates out of 13,574 who appeared.
