Globe Residency REIT (GRR) has announced a cash dividend of Rs. 4 per unit, equivalent to 40 percent, for the financial year ended June 30, 2026.
Managed by Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited, GRR is South Asia’s first listed developmental REIT. The latest dividend payout marks the 4th consecutive annual dividend announced by GRR since its listing.
The latest dividend takes GRR’s cumulative distributions since listing to Rs. 12.25 per unit.
The REIT previously distributed Rs. 3.50 per unit (35 percent) in FY25, Rs. 1.75 per unit (17.5 percent) in FY2024, and Rs. 3 per unit (30 percent) in FY23.
The REIT was listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange in December 2022 at an offer price of Rs. 10 per unit. It was Pakistan’s first listed developmental REIT and the first of its kind in South Asia.
Its underlying project Globe Residency Apartments comprises nine residential towers located within Naya Nazimabad, Karachi.
