The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has announced Consolidated Advertisement Phase-3/2026 for hundreds of jobs across federal ministries and departments.
The advertisement includes 524 vacancies across 68 recruitment cases. Candidates can apply online until August 31, 2026. FPSC has tentatively scheduled the written tests from October 10, 2026.
Major Vacancies Announced
One of the biggest recruitment categories is Secondary School Teacher (Male) BS-17, with 98 vacancies under the Federal Government Educational Institutions Directorate. FPSC has also announced 27 Computer Instructor (Male) and 14 Computer Instructor (Female) posts.
The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) has 70 Charge Nurse BS-16 vacancies and 50 Medical Officer BS-17 posts.
Other major vacancies include 29 Lecturer (Male) posts in Gilgit-Baltistan, 23 Inspector BS-16 posts in Islamabad Capital Territory Police, and 22 Superintendent BS-16 positions in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
The advertisement also includes opportunities for engineers, doctors, nurses, teachers, IT professionals, meteorologists, legal officers, statisticians, administrators and other professionals.
Jobs Available From BS-16 to BS-20
The vacancies cover several pay scales ranging mainly from BS-16 to BS-20.
FPSC has advertised posts in the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Ministry of National Health Services, Board of Investment, Pakistan Meteorological Department, Ministry of Climate Change and other federal organisations.
Candidates from different provinces can apply according to the domicile and quota requirements mentioned against each post.
Application Fee
Candidates must submit their applications online through the official FPSC website.
The application fee is Rs. 600 for BS-16 and BS-17 posts, Rs. 1,500 for BS-18, Rs. 2,500 for BS-19, and Rs. 3,000 for BS-20 and above.
Applicants must pay the fee online against the dedicated PSID generated through the FPSC online portal.
