Gold prices in Pakistan recorded a sharp increase on Fridayafter 3rd big increase in international prices.
The per tola rate increased by Rs. 5,100 to reach Rs. 454,336, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of 10-gram gold also increased by Rs. 4,372, reaching Rs. 389,519.
On Thursday, gold rose by Rs. 11,300 to Rs. 449,236 per tola.
In the international market, gold prices shot up by $51 to $4,319 per ounce.
Silver prices also posted an increase, rising by Rs. 280 to reach Rs. 6,939 per tola on Friday.
