HBL is celebrating 50 years of its operations in Bangladesh, marking decades of partnership with the country and its businesses. To commemorate the occasion, a ceremony was held in Dhaka, attended by clients, regulators, and senior executives of the Bank. HBL Bangladesh now offers account services in RMB/CNY (Renminbi) for valued clients. HBL is one of the three banks from South Asia and the MENA region to offer end-to-end RMB intermediation in China, enabling the Bank to support cross-border trade and financial flows and engage directly with leading state-owned enterprises and top-tier Chinese financial institutions
