Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A18 4G has appeared in a new leak revealing its colors, storage options and several expected specifications.
Reliable tipster Roland Quandt says the phone will be available in light blue, black and silver, with 128GB and 256GB storage options. The full RAM lineup remains unknown, although a 4GB version has already appeared in testing.

Design and Display
CAD-based measurements put the Galaxy A18 4G at approximately 164.4 x 77.8 x 7.84mm, increasing to around 9.74mm when the rear camera bump is included.
That would make it about 0.34mm thicker than the Galaxy A17, while keeping almost the same overall dimensions.
The phone is expected to retain a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
Samsung also appears to be keeping the familiar Infinity-U waterdrop notch for the front camera.
The rear triple-camera module closely resembles the Galaxy A17, although the pill-shaped camera housing appears to sit slightly more flush with the back panel.
Internals and Software
The Galaxy A18 4G is expected to use MediaTek’s 6nm Helio G99 chipset, continuing Samsung’s use of the processor in affordable A-series 4G phones.
Samsung moved to the Helio G99 after previously using the 12nm Helio G80 in the Galaxy A14.
A Geekbench listing showed the Galaxy A18 4G with an octa-core processor featuring two cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six cores at 2.0GHz, paired with 4GB of RAM.
The device reportedly scored around 744 points in Geekbench’s single-core test and 2,064 points in the multi-core test, putting performance close to the Galaxy A17 4G.
The same listing showed the phone running Android 17 with One UI 9.
Storage options are expected to include 128GB and 256GB, while additional RAM configurations have not yet been confirmed.
Cameras
The Galaxy A18 4G is expected to use a triple-camera system similar to its predecessor.
Current speculation points to a 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera.
A 13MP front camera is also expected.
If accurate, the camera hardware would remain largely unchanged from the previous generation.
Battery and Pricing
The Galaxy A18 4G is widely expected to come with a 5,000mAh battery.
Samsung has not yet announced pricing, with official details expected in the coming weeks.
A separate Galaxy A18 5G is also expected to arrive later. That model may switch to a Qualcomm processor, replacing the Exynos 1330 used in the Galaxy A17 5G.
The 4G version appears likely to launch first and focus on basic smartphone use such as video streaming, social media, web browsing and online payments rather than major performance improvements.
