Ziauddin University has opened admissions for postgraduate medical training programs for the 2026-27 academic session, offering opportunities in several medical and dental specialties.

Available Postgraduate Medical Programs
Ziauddin University is offering postgraduate training in several clinical and medical disciplines.
The FCPS-II programs cover 19 specialties, including Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Chemical Pathology, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Microbiology.
Other FCPS-II specialties include Nephrology, Neurology, Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), Ophthalmology, Orthodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Operative Dentistry, Pulmonology, Pediatrics, and Urology.
The university has also announced MD/MS admissions in 22 specialties.

Additional MD/MS disciplines include Microbiology, Medical Oncology, Neurosurgery, Nephrology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, ENT, Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, and Urology.
The university is also offering MCPS training in Clinical Pathology, ENT, and Ophthalmology.
Meanwhile, postgraduate diploma admissions are available in Pediatric Medicine, Anesthesiology, and Dermatology.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission
Ziauddin University has announced separate eligibility requirements for its postgraduate training programs.
Applicants for FCPS-II training must hold an MBBS or BDS degree, complete a one-year house job, and pass FCPS-I in the relevant discipline.
However, the university has specified additional training requirements for certain specialties.
Candidates applying for FCPS-II Medical Oncology must complete two years of training in Internal Medicine. The university will give preference to applicants who have cleared the Intermediate Module (IMM).
Applicants for FCPS-II Urology must complete two years of training in General Surgery.
Similarly, candidates applying for FCPS-II Nephrology, Pulmonology, Cardiology, and Neurology must complete two years of training in Internal Medicine.
For MD/MS programs, candidates must hold an MBBS degree and complete a one-year house job.
However, applicants for Interventional Cardiology must hold FCPS-II in Cardiology or an MD in Cardiology.
The university has set the same basic academic requirements for MCPS and postgraduate diploma programs. Applicants must possess an MBBS degree and complete a one-year house job.
