Tasdeeq IPO Fully Subscribed in Just 2 Seconds

The book-building phase of Tasdeeq’s initial public offering was fully subscribed in a record two seconds, reflecting strong demand from institutional investors, foreign funds, and high-net-worth individuals, according to Topline Securities, the consultant to the issue.

The company is offering 112.5 million shares through the book-building process, with a floor price of Rs. 1.90 per share and a cap price of Rs. 3.00 per share.

Book building remains open until August 6, 2026, allowing eligible investors to continue placing bids despite the issue reaching full subscription almost immediately after opening.

Tasdeeq is Pakistan’s first State Bank of Pakistan-licensed private credit bureau and one of only two licensed credit bureaus operating in the country. It is also set to become South Asia’s first publicly listed credit bureau.

The company operates in a business where demand is driven by regulatory requirements rather than discretionary spending, providing a relatively stable business model. It is also the only credit bureau in Pakistan that offers a consumer mobile application, enabling individuals to directly access their credit information.
