The Sindh government has initiated the process to promote Sindhi language teachers and high school teachers serving in Grade 16 to headmaster posts in Grade 17.
The School Education Department has sought the working papers of eligible teachers from divisional directors to consider their promotions.
A letter in this regard was issued under the signature of Section Officer Secondary-II Khalid Hussain Bhatti.
The directive has been sent to divisional directors in Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur and Larkana.
The department said promotion cases will be considered after the required working papers are received from the relevant divisions.
