The Punjab Traffic Police has temporarily suspended driving license-related services across the province, according to an update shared by City Traffic Police Lahore.
The services have been suspended while the Driving License Issuance Management System (DLIMS) undergoes an upgrade. The system serves as Punjab’s centralized platform for driving license-related services.
The disruption affects services including learner licenses, regular driving licenses, renewals, license upgrades and category changes, application processing and verification, license tracking, and related digital records.
City Traffic Police Lahore has asked citizens to cooperate during the upgrade and said services will resume once the system work is complete.
Authorities have not announced a specific date or time for the restoration of services. Citizens planning to visit a licensing center should check the latest official update before traveling, particularly if they need to complete an application, renewal, or test that requires access to DLIMS.
