The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) has announced new government jobs, offering salaries of up to Rs. 750,000 per month for director-level positions.
According to the official job advertisement, PEIMA is hiring for six contract-based posts in human resources, partnerships, academics, monitoring and evaluation, audit, and training.
The authority works under the School Education Department, Government of Punjab. The last date to apply for these PEIMA jobs is October 26, 2026.

Eligibility for Director Posts
The Director (HR & Admin) post requires at least 16 years of education in Business Administration, HRM, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognised university.
Applicants must have at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including three years at a senior level. Relevant experience includes HR policies, service rules, disciplinary matters, workforce planning, performance management, and administrative operations.
For Director (Partnership & Collaboration), candidates need at least 16 years of education in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
The post also requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, including three years at a senior level.
Experience in resource mobilisation, fundraising, corporate social responsibility, partnerships, strategic communication, branding, media relations, advocacy, and donor reporting is relevant to the role.
The Director (Academics & Research) position requires 16 years of education in Education Planning, Research, Curriculum Development, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or another relevant field.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including three years at a senior level.
PEIMA has listed curriculum design, educational research, assessment, teacher development, academic quality assurance, school improvement frameworks, and policy analysis among the relevant areas.
Director Monitoring and Evaluation
For Director (Monitoring & Evaluation), applicants must have at least 16 years of education in Statistics, Economics, Public or Business Administration, Data Sciences, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
Candidates need at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including three years at a senior level.
The advertisement mentions experience in developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, KPIs, logical frameworks, data collection tools, centralised data systems, impact evaluations, and third-party verification.
For all four Director posts, preference will be given to candidates holding MPhil or PhD degrees in the relevant subjects.
Chief Audit Officer
PEIMA is also hiring a Chief Audit Officer with a monthly salary of Rs. 350,000.
Applicants must hold ACCA, ICMA, or CA qualifications, or have at least 16 years of education in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or an equivalent field from an HEC-recognised university.
The position requires at least five years of relevant post-qualification experience in public or private organisations, particularly in internal audit, risk management, compliance, internal controls, and financial procedures.
Assistant Director Job
The Assistant Director (Training & OAT) position offers a monthly salary of Rs. 225,000.
Applicants need at least 16 years of education in Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
At least three years of relevant post-qualification experience is required. This may include organising training workshops and events, maintaining training records and databases, helping develop training material, and compiling training data for reports.
PEIMA said preference will be given to candidates with experience working with government agencies, NGOs, international or domestic donor organisations, along with knowledge of the education sector.

PEIMA has made it clear that applications submitted through courier, email, or by hand will not be accepted.
Applicants must also pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3,000 for each post through the method specified by PEIMA. Upload proof of payment when submitting the online application.
Candidates applying for more than one post will have to meet the application requirements for each position separately.
Government, semi-government, autonomous body, and public-sector employees must apply through the proper channel and, where applicable, provide a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Only shortlisted candidates who meet the required criteria will be called for a written test and/or interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
