Pakistani Fans Can Watch Asian Games 2026 Live on Tamasha from September 19
Pakistan will be looking to make an impact across several disciplines at the 20th Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, as athletes prepare to compete against the continent’s best across a wide range of sports.
Scheduled from September 19 to October 4, the Games will bring together athletes from 45 Asian nations competing across 41 sports and 460 medal events. Pakistan will participate in hockey, boxing, wrestling, kabaddi and athletics, among other disciplines, with cricket also returning to the Asian Games programme.
The return of cricket is expected to add further interest among Pakistani fans, with both men’s and women’s T20 competitions featuring in the Games. The event will also see the introduction of new sports, including padel and mixed martial arts, alongside surfing.
Tamasha, JazzWorld’s homegrown digital streaming platform, has secured the digital streaming rights for the Games in Pakistan, giving sports fans an additional digital platform to follow Pakistan’s campaign and other major competitions.
Ali Fahd, President, Jazz Lifestyle Ventures, said the acquisition would enable millions of Pakistanis to follow Team Pakistan and the wider competition through digital streaming, while expanding access to the Games for audiences across the country.
The Asian Games rights add to Tamasha’s growing portfolio of international sporting events and strengthen its live sports offering, bringing major competitions to audiences nationwide through digital streaming.
