NITB’s PAK (Pakistan Asaan Khidmat) App facilitated more than Rs. 3.27 billion in government collections during July 2026, as more citizens used the platform to make digital payments for government services.
The amount was collected through vehicle token tax, registration and transfer challans paid directly through the mobile application.

Officials said the PAK App allows citizens to make secure digital payments and access government services without visiting public offices.
Along with vehicle-related payments, users can pay utility bills, obtain domicile, birth and death certificates, verify vehicles and driving licences, submit marriage appointment requests and access several other services through the same platform.
Developed by the National Information Technology Board, the PAK App was launched in August 2025 as a unified digital gateway for government services.
The application is integrated with the Pak ID Single Sign-On (SSO) system and the Raast digital payment platform. These integrations allow secure authentication and cashless transactions while supporting the government’s digital governance agenda.
Over 100,000 Downloads
Since its launch, the PAK App has expanded its range of citizen services through regular feature updates and the integration of additional government departments.
The application has crossed 100,000 downloads on the Google Play Store, indicating growing public interest in accessing government services digitally.
However, official figures for the total number of registered users and the cumulative revenue generated by the app since its launch have not been released.
Officials said the collection of more than Rs. 3.27 billion in a single month is a significant milestone for digital government payments.
They said the performance could help promote transparent, paperless and more efficient public service delivery while encouraging wider use of digital payments as part of Pakistan’s broader digital transformation strategy.
