Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar, has released the MDCAT 2026 answer key following the examination held on Sunday, 20 September.
According to the university’s announcement, candidates can download the question paper key from the KMU CAS portal and compare it with their answers.
The official key covers question paper codes A, B, C, and D. Candidates should check the code on their question paper and use the matching column in the answer key.
KMU conducted the test for candidates in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where 38,841 applicants registered. The province had the second-highest number of registrations after Punjab.
The examination was originally scheduled for 16 August. Authorities postponed it on the Prime Minister’s directions.
More than 2,000 additional candidates registered nationwide after the delay. This figure covers registrations across Pakistan, rather than Khyber Pakhtunkhwa alone.

The answer key will open as a PDF. Use the download option to save it to your phone or computer.
