A prayer for the success of talks between the government and the opposition was offered during Friday prayers.
According to sources, the imam of the Parliament House mosque prayed for the success of negotiations between the two sides.
The development came after opposition leaders, during a meeting with the government delegation, set a condition that they would move the talks forward only after meeting Imran Khan.
Later, when a journalist asked Allama Nasir Abbas what he thought about the imam of the Parliament House mosque praying for the success of the talks, he replied that others should also pray for the negotiations to succeed.
