Gold prices in Pakistan fell sharply on Tuesday following a similar trend observed in international gold prices.
The price of 24-karat gold closed at Rs. 449,336 per tola after losing Rs. 4,000, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of 10 gram gold settled at Rs. 385,233 after losing Rs. 3,429.
Gold gained Rs. 3,800 on Monday to close at Rs. 453,336.
In the international market, gold lost $40 to settle at $4,268 per ounce, including a $20 premium.
Meanwhile, silver remained at Rs. 6,802 per tola after no change on Tuesday.
