According to the official BIEK result gazette, 23,007 candidates appeared and 14,134 passed, producing an overall pass percentage of 61.43%.
Girls vs Boys Result Comparison
A calculation based on the official appeared and passed figures shows that 12,059 of the 18,479 female candidates passed. This gives girls a pass rate of approximately 65.26%.
Among boys, 2,075 of the 4,528 candidates who appeared passed the examination. Their pass rate stood at around 45.83%.

Girls Secure All Top Positions
Female students also claimed all three positions in the HSC Part II Pre-Medical examination.
Hafsa Khan topped with 1,011 marks out of 1,100. Huda Sarwer secured second position with 1,007 marks, while Aamna Aziz stood third with 1,004 marks.
Based on pass rates, grades, and the position-holder list, girls were the stronger performers in the Karachi Board 12th Class Pre-Medical Result 2026.
