Principals, vice principals, directors and deputy directors of colleges will be trained to improve office management in higher education institutions.
The Higher Education Department will conduct the training under its Professional Development Training Programme, and has made it mandatory for all relevant stakeholders.
Administrative officers, clerical staff, support staff and teaching faculty will also receive training.
Officials said the participants will be taught strategies for effective office management, while the training will also focus on improving administrative processes and institutional performance.
Awareness about roles and responsibilities will also be provided to strengthen governance.
