The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) has announced new job opportunities for experienced professionals in engineering, procurement, GIS, management, and information technology.
According to the official recruitment advertisement, PRMSC is hiring for four positions under the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP).
The project is funded by the World Bank and is being implemented in selected tehsils of Punjab. Interested candidates can apply online through the Punjab Job Portal until October 26, 2026.

Chief Operating Officer
PRMSC is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (Operations) with a relevant Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy, or an engineering qualification along with a Master’s in Business Administration.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant work experience in areas such as public administration, project management, public-sector governance, infrastructure development, or engineering-related projects.
Applicants also need at least five years of experience in similar projects or assignments. For candidates with an engineering degree, PRMSC will count the required general experience from the date of completing the engineering qualification.
Senior Manager Procurement
The Senior Manager Procurement position requires a Master’s degree in Procurement and Contracts Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a BSc Engineering qualification.
Applicants must have at least eight years of relevant experience in procurement-related matters, including bid administration.
They also need at least four years of experience in similar projects or assignments.
GIS Specialist
Candidates applying for the GIS Specialist position must hold a Master’s degree in GIS or Space Sciences.
PRMSC requires at least eight years of relevant experience in areas such as GIS mapping, management information systems, and database administration.
Applicants must also have at least four years of experience in similar projects or assignments.
Assistant Manager Programming
The Assistant Manager Programming position is open to candidates with a BS or BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a relevant field.
Applicants must have at least three years of relevant experience in computer programming, ICT, or related work.
