The Pakistani rupee (PKR) closed in green against the US Dollar (USD) for the 251st consecutive day on Wednesday.
PKR closed at 277.11 after gaining one paisa against the US Dollar today.
At current pace, the rupee can easily jump into 276 against the dollar in October 2026.
The rupee has consistently reported gains against the dollar since December 25, 2025.
Other Currencies
The rupee lost Rs. 1.18 against GBP but gained 35 paisas against the Australian Dollar (AUD).
It lost 42 paisas against the Euro (EUR) and 21 paisas against the Canadian Dollar (CAD).
PKR was stable against both the UAE Dirham (AED) and the Saudi Riyal (SAR).
