A video showing a luxury car being driven along Murree Road in Rawalpindi with a man hanging on its bonnet has gone viral on social media.
According to traffic police, the incident occurred after a collision between two vehicles. A heated argument followed the crash, after which the owner of one vehicle climbed onto the hood of the other in an attempt to stop its driver from leaving.
The driver nevertheless sped away, while a motorcycle belonging to another person became trapped underneath the vehicle and was dragged along the road.

Police subsequently took the owners of both vehicles to the police station and facilitated a settlement between the parties.
Rawalpindi City Police Officer (CPO) Hasan Mushtaq Sukhera took notice of the incident and ordered an investigation into the alleged hit-and-run.
The CPO directed police to arrest those involved without delay and initiate legal action against them.
