List of Key Motorways and Highways Closing From Today Until Further Notice
Islamabad Traffic Police has announced the closure of the M-1 Peshawar Motorway, M-14 CPEC route, Hazara Motorway, and sections of the GT Road and other key routes from 11 pm on Wednesday until further notice.
According to a traffic advisory, the M-1 Peshawar Motorway will be closed from Haroon Bridge, while the M-14 CPEC route will be closed from Kani Bridge near Tarap Interchange in the jurisdiction of Mianwali Police.
The E-35 Hazara Motorway will be closed from the Hazara Interlink near Burhan Interchange, while the N-5 GT Road will be closed from Attock Khurd.
Similarly, the Rawalpindi-Kohat Road will be closed from Khushal Garh, while the Abbottabad-Hassanabdal Road will be closed from Jhari Kas Checkpost.
The closures will take effect at 11 pm on September 23 and remain in place until further notice.

ITP advised motorists travelling from Islamabad and surrounding areas to plan their journeys accordingly, avoid the affected routes, and use alternative roads to minimise inconvenience.
