Gold May Hit Rs. 5 Lac Again
Gold prices in Pakistan recovered on Thursday after an increase in international market prices.
Gulf traders expect bullion business to re-enter Rs. 4,500-5,000 levels with the war nowhere near an untidy end. That means Rs. 4.5-5 lac levels in Pakistan if realized.
According to rates released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), gold settled at Rs. 435,036 per tola after gaining Rs. 600.
The price of 10-gram gold rose to Rs. 372,973 after gaining Rs. 515.
On Wednesday, the price of gold settled at Rs. 434,436 after losing Rs. 3,100.
In the international market, gold gained $6 to settle at $4,125 per ounce.
Silver prices declined by Rs. 120 to close at Rs. 6,368 per tola.
