Did Pakistan Air Force Bomb Yemen?
Pakistan’s Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has rejected claims that Pakistan Air Force (PAF) aircraft were used against Yemen’s Houthi forces, describing the report as “fake and fabricated.”
In a fact-check posted on X, the ministry dismissed the claim and urged international media to avoid speculation about Pakistani military operations under the Mecca Joint Defense Pact.
“Details of any employment, if necessary, will be given by the concerned authorities,” the ministry said.

The statement represents an official denial of the reported PAF involvement, rather than confirmation of Pakistani airstrikes in Yemen.
Separately, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said Pakistan and Turkey had a military presence in the region, but only Saudi forces were participating in combat operations.
The clarification comes amid escalating fighting between Saudi Arabia and the Iran-aligned Houthis. The group claimed on Thursday that it had targeted King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh with a ballistic missile.
Saudi authorities had reported a day earlier that attacks on two international airports killed three people and injured 36.
Pakistan’s position remains that details about any use of its armed forces will be released through the relevant authorities. Its military presence in Saudi Arabia should not, by itself, be treated as evidence of participation in strikes against Yemen.
