The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will auction five hotel plots in Islamabad on September 26, 2026, at the Jinnah Convention Centre, with proceedings scheduled to start at 10:00 AM.
CDA will allow building-plan approval after a 25 percent payment. Buyers making full payment within 30 days will receive a 5 percent rebate, while payments made in US dollars will qualify for an additional 5 percent rebate.
Overseas investors can obtain auction tokens at least one day before the auction and make payments through Roshan Digital Accounts or local banking channels.
The CDA will also provide independent access roads for the hotels and facilitate electricity-line relocation, sewerage upgrades and other related services.
The plots include Plot No. 22 in D-12 Markaz, Convention Centre Hotel Plot No. 6 and Five-Star Hotel Plot No. 8 in F-5/1, a hotel plot on the E-11 Northern Strip, and another plot on Srinagar Highway between the Sports Complex and Margalla Hotel.
According to the CDA advertisement, successful bidders will receive a one-year payment plan. Possession will be granted after payment of 75 percent of the total price, subject to a bank guarantee for the remaining amount.
