BRT Peshawar to Resume Today

Peshawar’s Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) service will resume normal operations today, Tuesday, October 13, according to a spokesperson for the service.

The spokesperson confirmed that buses will operate as usual across all routes, restoring routine service for passengers using the city’s transport network.

The announcement initially referred to the resumption as taking place “tomorrow.” With the restoration scheduled for October 13, commuters can expect services to return today.

The spokesperson advised passengers of the return to routine operations and said the restoration would cover all routes rather than selected sections of the network.

No separate starting time or route-specific changes were provided in the announcement. The statement also did not specify the reason for the suspension or how long services had remained unavailable.

The update confirms that the service will return to its normal operating arrangements on Tuesday, with passengers able to use all BRT routes under the usual schedule.
