The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has announced the schedule for renewal of affiliation of all affiliated government and private colleges and higher secondary schools for the 2026-27 academic session.
Institutions seeking to add a new group or faculty must include the request with their renewal application. The fee for adding a new group or faculty is Rs. 27,000, while the regular affiliation renewal fee is Rs. 22,500.
The deadline for submitting renewal applications is October 16. Institutions submitting applications after October 19 will pay an additional Rs. 1,000 surcharge, with another Rs. 1,000 surcharge applicable after November 2.
The final deadline is November 11. BIEK has made the renewal pro forma available on its official website.
