2 Pakistanis Shot Dead in South Africa

Two Pakistani nationals were killed after unidentified gunmen opened fire on their vehicle in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The victims were identified as Saadat Balhar, a resident of Mandi Bahauddin, and his employee Rizwan, who was reportedly from Lahore.

According to reports, Saadat and Rizwan were heading home after closing their mobile phone shop when their vehicle came under fire near the Q Town area of Johannesburg. Both men died at the scene.

South African police arrived at the scene, collected evidence, and launched an investigation into the shooting. The identities of the attackers and the motive behind the incident have not yet been established.

The latest incident comes around two months after four Pakistani nationals, including two of Saadat’s cousins, were also shot and killed in South Africa, according to his family.
