A 16-year-old TikTok user was allegedly drugged and gang-raped by four men at Chak 90/9-L in Sahiwal tehsil, according to police.
Police said the teenager had lost his father several years ago and was living with his widowed mother. He frequently used his mobile phone and regularly posted videos on TikTok.
About a month ago, the boy reportedly received a call from a man named in the first information report (FIR), who allegedly promised to help him become a TikTok star. The two remained in contact and eventually agreed to meet at the Old Sabzi Mandi yesterday.
According to the complaint, the suspect then took the teenager to a house in Chak 90/9-L for further discussion. There, the man and an accomplice allegedly forced him at gunpoint to consume an intoxicating substance through shisha.
Two more suspects later arrived at the house. The group allegedly took away the teenager’s mobile phone and gave him a soft drink containing another intoxicating substance.
The victim told police that after becoming intoxicated, all four men allegedly raped him. The suspects later fled the scene, leaving him unconscious.
After regaining consciousness, the teenager informed his mother about the incident. She subsequently approached Ghala Mandi Police.
Police registered a case against all four identified suspects, who are residents of Sahiwal city, under Sections 376(iii) and 176A of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).
