Islamabad Police has earned international recognition after Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Muhammad Ahsan Khan was named an Outstanding Graduate at the Criminal Investigation Police University of China (CIPUC) in Shenyang.
Ahsan completed the Master of Policing program from 2023 to 2026 under the Chinese Government Scholarship Program for International Law Enforcement Talents. Police officers from 10 countries participated in the program.
The scholarship initiative was jointly established by China’s Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Security to develop policing professionals and strengthen international law-enforcement capacity.
Ahsan completed the three-year program with an overall score of 91% and was named Outstanding Graduate of the term for his excellent academic achievements and overall performance.
