Court Orders to Release Cocaine Queen Pinky Due to Lack of Evidence
A court in Karachi has acquitted alleged drug dealer Anmol, also known as Pinky, in two more cases and ordered her release due to a lack of evidence.
The Additional District and Sessions Judge in Karachi South announced the verdict on Friday after the prosecution failed to present sufficient evidence against her in cases involving narcotics and facilitation.
The court accepted her acquittal plea and directed authorities to release her immediately if she is not wanted in any other case.
Her brother, Nasir, had already been acquitted in the same narcotics recovery case.
With the latest verdict, Anmol alias Pinky has now been acquitted in five cases. A case was also registered against her by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in 2018.
