A 25-year-old candidate died during a physical test for recruitment in Islamabad Police on Monday.
Police said the applicant, identified as Ishaq, collapsed during a running test and lost consciousness. Rescue teams shifted him to the emergency ward of PIMS Hospital in an ambulance.
Police said doctors confirmed that the young man had already died on the way to the hospital. The deceased was a resident of Sarai Norang in Lakki Marwat.
